Floral and decoration services
The bridal bouquet and the main flower used in it determines all other floral decorations on the wedding day. Before the bride pays her first visit to the florist’s, she should have already formed an idea about what her dream bouquet should look like. It may help to ask yourself the following questions: Would I prefer a round bouquet or tall one, which main flower do I want to use, what colour combination would I like and which one offers the best fit for the wedding style, should I go for a bouquet of fresh flowers? If you’re still unsure after that, we can work with the florists to put together several proposals for you reflecting the the overall feel or theme of your wedding.
The price of the bridal bouquet depends on the choice of flowers as well as the quantity. Prices range from CZK 1 500 to CZK 3 000.
Accessories for wedding guests
It’s amazing when anyone is able identify your entire wedding group just by looking at common threads between you all. Flower accessories most certainly help significantly with this. They are selected to match bridal bouquet. The groom’s boutonnière should match both the tie or bow tie chosen as well as the bridal bouquet. In the list of flower decorations we can include flowers for mothers, a bridesmaid bouquet, a boutonniere for the witness and nosegays for wedding guests. An interesting additional feature for your wedding could involve a bracelet for the bride – far easier to handle than a traditional bouquet. A more lavish floral service includes decoration for the ceremony, wedding table decoration, cushion rings and bridal suite decorations.
- Boutonniere (groom, witness) from CZK 160 to CZK 350
- Bouquet for mothers, bridesmaids from CZK 350 to CZK 600
- Flower arch from CZK 2 000 to CZK 4 000
- Flower arrangement in a vase for placing on the wedding table CZK 800 to CZK 2 000

Decoration of the ceremonial venue
The nature of the floral decorations used for the ceremony is determined by the design/look of the interior or exterior. Flowers should be match the ceremony venue and add the finishing touches to the atmosphere. An experienced florist will be able to capture the feel and design of decorations used, meet the expectations of spouses, while also displaying tasteful respect to the character of the venue selected.
Decorations may include a ceremonial arch, petals, cushions for rings, decorations placed on the ceremonial table, vases for the ceremonial table, chair decorations, etc.
Decoration of the place for reception and party
Decorations at the reception and especially wedding table requires merging the requirements of a number of parties involved – e.g. florists and stylists for ensuring all floral arrangements work well together, a catering manager to organize the dining service, a coordinator at the location to take care of labels / the programme / menu and last but not least the bride for the overall impression. In addition to flowers, stones, fabric, dried flower arrangements and candles are also frequently used for table decorations.
The atmosphere at the party should evoke fun which is why cheerful balloons, lanterns, garlands and glitter are added to classic floral decoration elements.
Even if you decide on making savings in this area of the budget, we recommend at least decorating the bridal car. The florist can design an appropriate floral element to be used e.g. for the stage or bridal suite. Some types of vehicles do not require much to create a wedding feel, and in many cases, this decoration is incorporated into the price of rent. This applies especially to vintage cars and buses, coaches or special wedding limousines.
Don’t shy away from marking your shuttle car with washable colours. This “enhancement” can also double up as a fun activity for your wedding guests to while away the free time allocated while you’re busy with other matters such as your photo shoot.
Music / Entertainment
For the ceremony / reception / party
Selecting music for your wedding is inextricably linked to the style you choose as well as the venue. It also depends on which part of the wedding day is considered most important for the bride and groom and in which area they want to invest the most.
Church weddings involve an organ and vocals, for castle weddings, a trumpet works well, while weddings taking place in a garden tend to feature a string quartet, and hot air balloon weddings a guitarist…Although it may be possible to conjure up a good CD mix to create the right atmosphere at the reception, if you’re looking to hold a real party, live music is the way forward. If, however, you’re struggling to agree on a certain style of music or feel that that the musical tastes of your wedding guests are simply too diverse, you can’t go wrong with a good DJ.
- Organist from CZK 1 500
- String Quartet from CZK 6 000
- Soloist CZK 1 500 to CZK 3 500
- Trumpeters from CZK 3 000

Photos and videos
Wedding photographer (wedding photos)
To a large extent, selection of an appropriate wedding photographer is down to chemistry – something which the couple simply feels to be right during the test shoot or based on intuition upon viewing reference samples reflecting the personality and style of a particular photographer. We cooperate with many photographers who specialize in weddings and leave the final choice up to the client according on their taste and budget.
Photographer prices: CZK 7 000 to CZK 50 000 (day shoot)
Wedding photography packages are offered, the price of which is primarily based on the number of hours of shooting and level of creative photo editing involved.
Wedding photography (wedding video)
The wedding video is one of the ways of capturing emotions and ensuring your special day remains in your memory forever. Brides and grooms must place sufficient trust in the wedding cameraman to create a truly distinctive film and ensure their main protagonists enjoy the experience. The result is usually a film which records everything starting from the preparations, the ceremony right up to the fun and frolics at the end. It’s worth ordering a short dynamic wedding clip, which offer endless fun to both the newlyweds as well as their wedding guests. For all-day shooting incl. the film you can expect to pay from CZK 15 000 to CZK 30 000.
We can recommend a great cameraman, Mr. Leos Brabec. Samples of his work can be found at www.primetimevideo.cz
Vintage cars / limousines / carriages
The transport you choose for your wedding day is not just a way of getting from A to B. The selected mode of transport should reflect the overall style of the wedding. Choosing a coach reflects romance, while a limousine symbolises luxury and a vintage car offers the perfect final touch to a retro-themed wedding. . Brides and grooms are able to select their preferred vehicle according to the year of manufacture, colour or alternatively rental cost. The possibilities are endless.
Hourly rental price:
- Rental of a vintage car depends on the age and condition of the vehicle and ranges from CZK 1 000 to CZK 4 000
- Rental of a Lincoln Town Car luxury limousine can be purchased from CZK 2 500
- Carriage prices start at CZK 1 200
It is necessary to factor in additional charges for decoration, distances covered as well as people involved.
Cake / mini desserts
The wedding cake should form an integral part of the wedding table and observe the overall concept of the wedding whether it be the colour, style or personal bridal story. As far as taste is concerned, these days pretty much anything goes – even a savoury cake if that’s your preference. Unique Wedding Agency organises the “Wedding cake of the year” competition, the finalists of which subsequently cooperate in creating designer cakes for our clients. We are fans of mini desserts, cup cakes, biscuits as well as traditional wedding cakes. These sweets can be served at festive tables during the day. However, we recommend also setting up a mini patisserie and café on the premises, where goodies will be restocked continuously.
The price of the wedding cake is determined by its size, the choice of fillings and labour intensity for the décor selected (the simply decorated cake shown in the photo is suitable for 80 people, costs 8 400 CZK and sourced from the Earhart pastry shop in Prague). When selecting from the catalogue prices are fixed meaning you know exactly how much to spend. That said, we believe it’s better to create original cakes. In this case, the bride and groom obtain a creative design including a cost calculation.
Catering and wedding inventory
Wedding served menu / buffet
Although as newlyweds, there’ll be all kinds of wonderful experiences to savour from your special day, for your wedding guests, the main topic of conversation will be the food they are served up at the wedding. Catering has to be first-rate, and the overall opinion is formed by the taste, level of creativity and quality of the waiters. We recommend avoiding food which can splash guests and ensuring there is enough to go around for everyone – the last thing you want is for your guests to go hungry. . When selecting the location and style of wedding receptions, you need to come to a decision about whether the wedding menu should be served or whether guests can just help themselves to food presented in buffet style. The first option creates the impression of more of a special occasion and is the more common choice in the Czech Republic. In the case of opting for served food, you’ll need to both create the menu as well as work out a timetable for bringing out the individual courses.. The intervals between courses can be filled up with speeches, which are always highly appreciated. The standard wedding menu comprises 5 courses incl. the wedding cake as dessert at the end. We always respect the customs and traditions of our clients in this respect.
The price of the menu or buffet is individual and is determined by the venue for holding the reception.

How to select wedding outfits ( classical while gowns or wedding gowns with color) for the bride and the groom and “wedding outfits for the guests”the attire for the wedding party…?
If you are thinking of the wedding gown having a particular color, you also have the answer for the styling of your wedding party. Their outfits should conform to the bride as she is the most important person of the wedding. Don´t forget that a wedding garter is an integral part of the bridal outfit. Unique Wedding ensures the best hairdresser in Prague and wedding make-up stylist in Prague for you and anywhere else in the Czech Republic. However we do not recommend changing much of your natural look or to choose extravagant wedding make-up looks or hairstyling. You should feel beautiful and comfortable at the first place.
We like to encourage artistic creation, which, to a large extent is reflected in selecting original wedding rings. Although the ideas of the bride and groom expressed on paper or words are more than welcome, they must ultimately place their trust in the jeweller selected, tell him their personal story, share their vision and describe the wedding ring itself. Why? Because the artist puts part of his personality into the piece and this authority has to be respected.
The final price depends on the choice of material, size, stones used, etc.
Selection from a catalogue
When clients select rings, we are happy to offer our assistance, however only ever act as intermediaries in this regard. If you decide you’re happy with the catalogue offer of wedding rings, the easiest thing to do is go and check them out in person or browse through the e-shop. Then all you have to do is order the correct size.
Wedding invitation cards / announcement
Just as everyone knows it takes as little as 10 seconds to make a lasting first impression, when notifying guests about your wedding, you have just one go at making sure you send out the right signals (with a ‘save the date’ card or wedding announcement). We’re not saying that it is wrong to choose the closest match to your ideas from wedding catalogues but would like to point out that the design must also be purchased for other wedding materials such as for the labels, menu, programme, seating and thank you cards. Consider whether it’s worth considering creating your own unique wedding theme, story or style. These days the Czech market offers a wide range of paper and envelope styles which come in a variety of different layouts and colours.
For the basic graphic design theme, applicable to your individual wedding stationery, you can expect to pay anyway between CZK 2 000 and CZK 5 000. For the whole set of printed materials (material and printing) you should be prepared to pay between CZK 10 000 and CZK 20 000 (depending on the choice of material, printing technique and the quantity ordered).
We are pleased to arrange all the administrative tasks associated with the wedding ceremony for you. Moreover, if you place an order for our services with us, this entire assistance process will be complimentary. Although we are able to represent you at the Czech authorities in most cases, your cooperation -particularly with regards to required documents will be necessary. We are going to take care of all the needed translations and submissions to the registry office afterwards. In case of religious nuptials, we will provide you with the Certificate for a Religious Marriage and we will recommend an ideal priest for you.

* a document proving his/her nationality;
* a certificate proving his/her legal competence to enter into marriage – which may not be, as of the date of the marriage, older than six months;
* a certificate proving his/her personal status and residence if such certificates can be issued by the country concerned;
* the death certificate of any deceased spouse, if the foreign national is a widow(er); such certificate is not required if this fact is included in the certificate on legal competence to enter into marriage;

This rule does not apply to citizens of European Union, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein and Switzerland and their family members. Such certificate may not be on the date of the marriage older than seven working days.

An Office of Vital Records may waive the requirement for authenticated documents if there is an almost insurmountable obstacle to obtain them. For more information please contact our agency.
